The Goodness Grocery continues to serve lots of guests, and our refrigeration unit has greatly expanded our offerings.  Stocking the food pantry with dairy, eggs and fresh produce gives our guests healthy options for themselves. Most of the farm goods are coming from Mile Creek Farm Market in Six Mile, as well as the Upstate Food Co-op, also in Six Mile. When we help families, we're also helping support local farmers and local retailers.

Going forward, you can help in two ways. First, if you would like to donate refrigerated goods, leave items in the left-hand side of the refrigerator in the kitchen inside the Education Building. The items are logged so we can track consumption, and the expiration dates are closely monitored to ensure freshness. On weekdays, the building is unlocked during office hours—Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-1, and Wednesday 9-12. Refrigerated goods should NOT be left in the shed behind the sanctuary. If it's easier, the food pantry team also welcomes monetary donations.

Thank you for your prayers, donations and volunteer service. It is such a blessing to know that God is working through us to change the lives of people in need.
